How do I install a custom wrap on my Tesla?

Download your wrap as a PNG file. Format a USB drive as exFAT, FAT32, or ext3/4. Create a folder called "TeslaUSB" on the drive. Copy the PNG file into that folder. Plug the USB into your Tesla, open Toybox > Paint Shop, and select your image.

Which Tesla models are supported?

TeslaWrap supports Model 3, Model 3 (2024+), Model 3 Performance (2024+), Model Y, Model Y (2025+), Model Y Performance (2025+), Model Y Premium (2025+), Model YL, and Cybertruck — all with accurate templates for each variant.

Can I upload my own image as a Tesla wrap?

Yes! TeslaWrap lets you upload any PNG image and use it as your Tesla wrap. Just go to the Create page and select "Custom Upload" mode. Your image will be formatted and stored for download.

What is the Clone Wrap feature?

Clone Wrap lets you take any existing design from the gallery and re-generate it adapted to a different Tesla model. If you love a wrap made for a Model Y, you can clone it for your Model 3 or Cybertruck with 2 credits.

What resolution and format does the wrap need to be?

Tesla Paint Shop requires wraps to be 4096x1080 pixels, under 5MB, in PNG format. TeslaWrap automatically generates your wrap in the correct dimensions and format, ready to load via USB.

Can I share my wrap with the community?

Yes! When you create a wrap you can set it as public, which adds it to the community gallery. Other Tesla owners can browse, like, and clone your design for their own vehicles.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated wraps are created for visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee that designs can be physically produced or applied to vehicles. Generated images may contain imperfections or unrealistic elements.

5. Clone Feature

The Clone feature allows users to recreate an existing wrap design for a different Tesla model using AI. Cloned designs are AI-generated interpretations and may not be exact replicas of the original — colors, patterns, proportions, and details may vary between models. The source wrap image is used as a style reference only; the AI adapts the design to fit the target model's panel layout. Cloning costs 2 credits per use. By using the Clone feature, you acknowledge that results are approximate and subject to AI limitations.

6. User-Uploaded Content

7. Content Moderation

All user-uploaded wrap designs are subject to review by our team before being displayed in the public gallery. You will receive an email notification once your upload has been approved. We reserve the right to approve or reject any uploaded content at our sole discretion. Content that violates our terms, contains offensive or inappropriate material, infringes intellectual property rights, or does not represent a legitimate vehicle wrap design may be rejected and removed. While your upload is under review, you can still view and download it from your personal collection. AI-generated wraps created through our platform are not subject to the same review process as they are produced by our controlled systems.

8. License Grant to TeslaWrap

When you make content public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content within our platform and marketing materials.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to create offensive, illegal, or harmful content; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems; or resell or redistribute generated content commercially without authorization.

10. Credits and Payments

Credits are required for AI wrap generation. Standard generation costs 1 credit, generation with a reference image costs 2 credits, and cloning a wrap to another model costs 2 credits. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with notice to users.

11. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.
